Accessibility

Everyone should be able to use this site.

Olympic Personal Injury and Accident Law, APC wants every visitor, including people who use assistive technology, to be able to read this website, reach us, and request a case review without barriers.

Our Commitment

What we do to keep the site accessible.

This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we measure it against those criteria whenever pages change.

Measures in place

  • Text and background colors meet the AA contrast ratio on every page, in both the light and dark sections.
  • Every page can be navigated and operated with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus state and a skip-to-content link.
  • Every image has a text description, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and errors are announced in text rather than by color alone.
  • Buttons and links on touch screens are at least 44 by 44 pixels.
  • Animation is turned off for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion.
  • Headings follow a logical order and pages have one main heading each.
  • Content is available in English and Spanish.

Known limitations

Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. If that service is unreachable, the site falls back to your device's system fonts and remains fully usable. Documents we send you outside this website, such as fee agreements, are provided in accessible formats on request.
