Legal
Privacy Policy.
Last updated: September 2026. This policy is maintained in English; if you'd like it explained in Spanish, contact us at intake@olympicinjury.com and we're glad to help.
Information we collect
When you submit the case review form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, phone number, date of injury, type of case, whether you are currently represented by another attorney, and a description of what happened. We do not collect this information unless you choose to submit it.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit solely to evaluate your potential case and to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. Information you submit may be reviewed by the attorney and staff at this firm and stored in our internal case management system.
Third-party services
This website uses Google Fonts to display typography and a Google-hosted form-processing service to relay case review submissions to our firm. Submitting the contact form means your submission is transmitted through Google's infrastructure for that limited purpose.
We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrived, the type of device and browser, approximate location derived from IP address (Google does not store the IP address itself), and whether a visitor clicked to call, clicked to text, or submitted the case review form. Analytics data is aggregated and does not include the contents of any form you submit. We have turned off Google's advertising features and Google Signals for this site, so analytics data is not used to build advertising profiles or show you ads. Google's handling of this data is described in its privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. This site does not use third-party advertising trackers or sell data to data brokers.
Cookies and local storage
This site stores a non-tracking preference in your browser's local storage to remember your selected language (English or Spanish) between visits. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (named _ga and _ga_*) that distinguish one browser from another so that visits can be counted; they hold a random identifier, not your name or contact details, and expire after 13 months at most. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Your privacy rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request access to, deletion of, or a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and the right to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell personal information as defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email us at intake@olympicinjury.com.
Data retention
If we do not open a case on your behalf, we retain your submission only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and for our internal records, after which it may be deleted. If we open a case, information becomes part of your client file and is retained under our standard file-retention practices.
No attorney-client relationship
Submitting information through this website, including the case review form, does not create an attorney-client relationship. An attorney-client relationship is formed only upon execution of a written engagement agreement signed by both the firm and the client. Please avoid including highly sensitive details you would not want reviewed before that relationship is formed.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
